Self-Exclusion at 879jili

For users outside the United Kingdom, you select the duration of self-exclusion at the time of activation. What happens when you self-exclude
- You are prohibited from playing any Games on 879jili during the self-exclusion period.
- You forfeit entry into any competition or draw registered before the start of self-exclusion and forfeit any noncash prizes or invitations not yet redeemed when exclusion begins. In practice, invitations or event tickets issued prior to exclusion are withdrawn automatically.
- You may be subject to additional restrictions consistent with Responsible Gambling policies.
Activation process
To self-exclude, log in to your 879jili account and navigate to the Self-Exclusion page. Select the desired exclusion duration and confirm. The system will enforce the exclusion immediately upon confirmation.
Reactivation and durations
For residents outside the United Kingdom, the self-exclusion period ends automatically and your account is reactivated on expiry. For United Kingdom residents, the exclusion end does not restore access automatically; you must contact 879jili customer support to arrange reactivation of your account after the exclusion period has elapsed. A separate cooling-off option may be selected during UK residency as described below.
Cooling-off option (United Kingdom residents)
You may request a cooling-off period if you are a UK resident. Cooling-off periods are available for 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. To request, log in and contact customer support or use the Self-Exclusion page to initiate a cooling-off period. At the end of the cooling-off period, your account will automatically reactivate unless you take further action.
Account closure and additional safeguards
We may close your account if we reasonably believe that continued gambling would cause financial or personal harm. You must not open a new account. If you attempt to open a new account, it will be at your own risk and 879jili disclaims liability for consequences arising from such actions.
